In this role, she is responsible for creating the systems, conditions and inspiration that enable professional development and growth for all. Angela's mission is to create a more human workplace where each individual employee is empowered to bring their authentic self to work every day.
She believes the future of employee engagement is rooted in two core concepts — Fearless Teaming and Psychological Safety — which enable highly innovative teams to produce their best work.
Angela started her career at Salesforce as Director of Learning and Development for EMEA. Previously, she worked in customer training, employee learning, and instructional design for various global companies.
Angela, the eldest of six children, grew up on a farm in Ireland with aspirations to work in hotel management. She spent the first five years of her career in hospitality prior to returning to school to earn an MBA in International Business.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Birmingham U.K. She also holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching and Executive Education from Henley Business School.
